How do I track and trace my lost or delayed parcel or letter? |
To report or inquire about late or missing mail items (EMS items, parcels or letters), please contact the express courrier or postal operator used in the country of origin directly,or ask the sender to contact them directly.
The UPU is an intergovernmental organization that sets international rules for the exchange of mail across borders. It does not intervene in domestic postal affairs and therefore cannot handle requests from individuals about missing or delayed EMS items, parcels or letters.

How can I access UPU documents? |
To access the password-protected sections of the website or documents you need to request a password by filling out and submitting this form.
The UPU's International Bureau will examine your request and, if eligible, you will be given a login and password. |

Please contact our service with your old login and password details and ask them to reactivate your account. |
Can anyone access UPU documents? |
Access to this data is normally reserved to officials and experts of postal administrations and the restricted postal unions. |
