About regulatory issues

What is the value of the universal postal service? How should extra-territorial offices of exchange be managed? What policies apply to international mail processing centre codes? These topics of a regulatory nature are studied by the UPU Council of Administration in its Committee 1 (Governance issues). Several project groups have been created to better focus on each of these subjects.

Acts of the Union

The Acts of the Union Project Group has been tasked with activities to study and refine the Acts of the Union, and to study the topical value of certain provisions

Universal postal service
