International business reply service - IBRS

E-commerce represents an area of growth for postal services, particularly for small packets. An effective, affordable return service is key to meeting the needs of e-commerce customers. To that end, the IBRS has been extended to include an optional upper limit of 2 kilogrammes.

Under this service, designated operators enable authorized senders to prepay reply items posted by their respondents in other countries.
