Letter post delivery standards

This Compendium of Delivery Standards published by the UPU contains a list of the Posts which provided information for this Compendium, article 20 of the Convention, created by the 2004 Bucharest Congress and delivery standards information by country, airport/office of exchange of destination, category of items/forwarding method.

Posts are classified in alphabetical order. A cross indicates, in each column, the categories of items for which the designated operator provided information.

The information given in the Compendium is based on the data provided by the Posts concerned.

The letter "J" used to indicate delivery standards in the Compendium means the day of arrival of the item at the airport/office of exchange of destination.

Amendments to the information in the Compendium should be notified by the Posts concerned direct to the International Bureau, which will publish them as updates.
