Philately development plan for the 2009–2012 cycle
The philately development plan for the cycle 2009–2012 was adopted by the WADP Management Committee on 4 November 2008. It basically refers to resolution C 36/2008 and recommendation C 26/2008, adopted by the 24th UPU Congress.
Philatelic Code of Ethics for the use of UPU member countries
The Philatelic Code of Ethics for use by UPU member countries (recommendation C 26/2008) was adopted by the 24th UPU Congress. The Code recommends that all designated operators comply with the procedures therein when issuing and providing stamps and philatelic products.
