Air conveyance dues

The basic rate applicable to the settlement of accounts between designated operators in respect of air conveyance shall be approved by the Postal Operations Council. It shall be calculated by the International Bureau according to the formula specified in the Letter Post Regulations (Article 235.2).

For 2013

0.000554 SDR per kg of gross weight and per kilometre.

For 2014

0.000582 SDR per kg of gross weight and per kilometre.
