Provisional 2027 quality-linked terminal dues rates

All designated operators (DOs) of UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine International Bureau (IB) circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1025 of 26 March 2026, concerning the collection of information for the implementation of the terminal dues systems applicable in 2027.

– Annexes 1 and 2 should preferably be completed online via SurveyMonkey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/B3833CL. Failing that, the forms can be completed and submitted by e-mail to the IB.

–  Annex 3 should be completed and e-mailed to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (staskeviciusv@upu.int) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (espinozav@upu.int).

The duly completed forms should be submitted as soon as possible to the IB, but no later than 1 May 2026.
