Direct Marketing Advisory Board survey on products and services

A straightforward questionnaire has been prepared and all questions can be answered with a simple "yes" or "no". Respondents also have the option to include more detailed information on their products and services, such as:

  • whether products or services are provided "in house" or in partnership with an external supplier;
  • the conditions under which a product or service is provided;
  • whether the DO plans to introduce a product or service in the near future.

As some of the concepts involve specialized direct marketing jargon, we urge you to read the glossary before turning to the questions.
