Restricted Unions

Restricted unions, gathering UPU member countries designated operators, aim to promote further cooperation among Posts and to improve services.

There are 17 Restricted unions covering most of the world. Countries belonging to these bodies may conclude agreements among themselves; however, these must be as favourable to customers as those provided by the UPU Acts
