About Strategy Conference

At the half-way point between Congresses, the UPU holds a two-day Strategy Conference to assess the progress made in achieving the current World Postal Strategy, address the challenges facing the postal sector and discuss the development of a more dynamic, competitive, customer-focused postal network.

High-level speakers from across the postal sector will exchange views on a wide range of issues, and consider how to make the transition between the current world postal strategy adopted in 2008 and the new postal strategy that will emerge from the next Congress in Doha, Qatar in 2012.
