M45 (REFDIS) fichier d'exemples

Le zip contient des messages REFDIS correspondant à la liste de codes UPU 108 et à son évolution au cours du temps, avec deux groupes de messages : messages complets et messages incrémentés. Il a pour but d’aider à tester l’implémentation de REFDIS.
