| The prices quoted are in Swiss francs and include non-priority book rate postage. If you require priority or express shipment, please indicate as such on the order form. There is an extra charge for this service. All orders must be prepaid, either by check or money order made out in Swiss francs, or by credit card (American Express, Mastercard and VISA). In order to provide a secure environment for your credit card transaction, a dedicated fax machine has been set up to receive your orders. |

| Please complete your order by selecting the language and quantity for each publication that you wish to order; then fill in the address and credit card details on the second page of the form; print the order form and send it by fax to the number indicated on the form. |
