Prices for both paper and CD-ROM are the same but if ordered together (copies of both paper and CD-ROM editions) a 20% discount is given. A Catalogue of UPU Standards, a General information on UPU Standards as well as a UPU Standards Glossary are included in the publication. These three parts are also available on the web. |

| As a result of testing and further developments in technologies, standards are constantly being enhanced or new standards adopted. Decisions regarding updates/new standards are made at each SB meeting. Subsequently the updated standards are then distributed to annual subscribers thus keeping them abreast of any new developments that have been made in standard-related areas. |
