The purpose of this questionnaire is to give us an overview of the development of postal services around the world and to broaden the scope of the data collected to include the entire postal market. It is therefore essential for all governmental bodies responsible for overseeing postal affairs to reply to this questionnaire.

If a Member country asks us not to publish certain data supplied by it, these will be included in the regional totals but will not be published individually.
