Remuneration studies
Between Congresses, the POC and CA work hand in hand to study possible changes to the remuneration systems, ultimately leading to the submission of carefully negotiated proposals. These changes are supported by various technical studies developed by the International Bureau, in coordination with the relevant POC and CA bodies, based on data from surveys and questionnaires sent to member countries.
Studies are password-protected in the UPU documentation centre, owing to confidentiality issues
