22.03.2024 — On 27 February, the UPU Consultative Committee held its first webinar of 2024, on the theme "Automated cyber risk management to achieve digital age resilience”.
Ship2MyID to conclude deal with Seychelles Postal Services
11.03.2024 — UPU Consultative Committee member Ship2MyID successfully concluded an agreement with the Seychelles Postal Services following its participation in the Small Island Developing States Postal Forum in the Seychelles (5–7 March 2024).
Arab Postal Leaders Forum (12-14 February 2024)
14.02.2024 — The UPU held its first Arab Postal Leaders Forum in Muscat, Oman, from 12 to 14 February 2024. Several members of the Consultative Committee – Beyon Connect, e-Boks, ISITEC, Ship2MyID and Geomain – sponsored and participated in the event. The CC had a strong presence during the three busy days of networking and discussions around the theme “Arab Posts: On track towards digital transformation and innovation”.
UNCTAD eWeek 2023 (4–8 December 2023)
08.12.2023 — CC Secretary Alexander Thern-Svanberg was invited to attend the UNCTAD eWeek as a panellist in the session on “Leveraging national coordination mechanisms to support implementation of digital trade initiatives in least developed countries (EIF)”.
5th CIEDC in Tonglu, China
22.11.2023 — More than 300 leading Chinese express delivery operators met in Hangzhou, China, on 22 November for the 5th China International Express Delivery Conference (CIEDC). The UPU Consultative Committee (CC) was invited by the Chinese government and the Chinese Express Association to introduce the postal prosperity zones (PPZ) initiative.
Ship2MyID partnership with Asia Pacific Post Cooperative
22.11.2023 — Ship2MyID, a member of the UPU Consultative Committee, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Asia Pacific Post Cooperative at the recent APPU Postal Business Forum (21–22 November 2023).
Second round table on the postal prosperity zone initiative in Rabat, Morocco (14 and 15 November 2023)
15.11.2023 — On 14 November 2023, the Moroccan Administration of Customs and Indirect Taxes (ADII) and Poste Maroc held a round table discussion in Rabat to discuss the creation of a postal prosperity zone (PPZ) in Morocco.

10.11.2023 — The Consultative Committee (CC) organized a breakfast meeting on 10 November 2023 with leaders of the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU), Caribbean Postal Union (CPU), Asian-Pacific Postal Union (APPU) and West African Postal Conference (WAPCO).
