Building on the success of the first three editions, the UPU, in collaboration with the European University Institute's Centre for a Digital Society (EUI-CDS), La Poste Groupe France, India Post and Amazon Web Services (AWS), will host the fourth edition of the UPU Innovation Challenge under the theme "Powering Postal Services With Agentic AI" from 6 to 8 May 2026, held in Köln, Germany, with a supporting session organized in Ghaziabad, India – marking the first time the event is extended across two locations – in conjunction with the 34th Conference on Postal and Delivery Economics.

Le Conseil d'exploitation postale (CEP) est l'organe de l'UPU chargé des questions techniques et opérationnelles. Il comprend 48 pays-membres élus lors du Congrès. Cet organe élit son président et se réunit tous les ans au siège de l'UPU à Berne.
