Network administrator

The UPU seeks to engage a consultant to provide network administration services, including responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the RFID network.

 The purpose of these services is to ensure that the GMS RFID network operates at full capacity. The consultant will therefore be responsible for oversight of the system through an IoT platform and for performance of soft­ware and hardware maintenance operations.

 Under the supervision of the UPU, the selected Vendor shall provide services on a “time and materials” basis.
