With North America as one of its largest markets, the company has established postal and carrier relationships into the United States, alongside operational capability in Canada through its sister business.
Citipost Global works directly with postal operators and carriers to develop flexible, lane-by-lane solutions tailored to each client's profile. Its carrier-agnostic approach enables the network to adapt to lane economics, transit performance and specific delivery requirements rather than being tied to a single carrier. Its in-house technology provides item-level visibility from collection through final mile, including for traditional letter mail, while giving operational teams live data on countries, lanes and exceptions to support informed routing decisions.
Citipost Global also operates an Extra-Territorial Office of Exchange in the United Kingdom for a European designated operator and is developing further partnerships of this kind. By working alongside designated operators and combining postal expertise, flexible distribution networks and technology-driven visibility, Citipost Global supports efficient, reliable and scalable cross-border delivery.
