The upcoming UPU Extraordinary Congress in Riyadh is just around the corner.
Regarding the registration process, we will continue to use the UPU Events Management Platform (EMP) for registration of Member Country (MC) delegations and Observers.
Like observers, members of the Consultative Committee have been invited to attend the discussions surrounding the opening up of the UPU. All information concerning the activities of the Consultative Committee at Congress can be found here.
