Press Release: Opening press conference of the UPU’s 28th Universal Postal Congress

5 September (Dubai/Berne) – Journalists are invited to a press conference on the opening day of Universal Postal Union’s quadrennial Congress – the world’s highest decision-making forum for global postal cooperation.

WHAT: The press conference will cover the main topics to be discussed and decisions to be made during the UPU plenipotentiary meeting, as well as the hosting of the Congress by the Government of the United Arab Emirates.
