The International Bureau would like to invite UPU's member countries and their designated operators to celebrate World Post Day (October 9) with a commemorative philatelic issue.
To this end, the International Bureau has created a special stamp available to UPU member countries in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic. You will find the information brochure describing the complete philatelic package (stamp, sheets, first-day cover, etc.) below.
UPU is offering complimentary service of customization of the stamp and its philatelic elements to issuing postal authorities. They will not need to sign a contract for the issue of the stamp and its philatelic elements with the UPU.
