This is the mission report by the CC Chair on the Southern African Postal Operators Association (SAPOA) Postal Forum and 13th Annual Conference, held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 4 to 6 March 2026. The report highlights major exchanges on partnerships, modernization, logistics, e-commerce and the evolving role of postal services in regional economic development.
