Parcel remuneration rates for 2027

All designated operators (DOs) of UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine International Bureau (IB) circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1026 of 26 March 2026, concerning the collection of information for the calculation and publication of the parcel remuneration rates applicable in 2027, and to provide the IB with all relevant information by completing the survey available at www.surveymonkey.com/r/DFS8SK8 or, failing that, by filling in the form in Annex 1 and submitting it by e-mail to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (staskeviciusv@upu.int) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (espinozav@upu.int).

The electronic survey or duly completed form should be submitted to the IB as soon as possible, but no later than 1 May 2026.
