RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – Journalists are invited to cover a press conference ahead of the opening of the Universal Postal Union’s (UPU) 4th Extraordinary Congress in Riyadh.

What:   The press conference will cover the main topics to be discussed and decisions to be made during the UPU plenipotentiary meeting, as well as the hosting of the Congress by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
