Quality Programme – Independent consulting services

This call for tenders concerns the provision of independent consulting services to the UPU, within the framework of the Quality Programme of the Postal Operations Directorate, for a period of one year from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

The services shall be delivered by a team of three consultants, comprising:

– one Programme Management Officer; and

– two International Quality Experts for Postal Services.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 12 November 2026 at 17.00 CET.
