Modernization of backup storage solution and associated services

This call for tenders concerns the provision of a multi-site backup repository solution, including the supply of all required hardware, software components (where applicable) and licences, and associated installation, con-figuration, testing, maintenance and support services, for a period of either three years (approximately February 2027 to January 2030) or four years (to January 2031).

The solution will replace various heterogeneous storage systems that are currently used by the UPU for backup purposes and are approaching end of life.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 20 November 2026 at 17.00 CET.
