UPU World Leaders Forum 2022
This year, the UPU is bringing its World Leaders Forum back to the in-person format, for the first time after the 2019 edition.
Held within the framework of the leading global postal trade show Parcel+Post-Expo, the Forum will bring together top postal executives and industry experts from around the world to discuss the most pressing topics, exchange experiences, and share their insights with the broader public.
This interactive one-day event will take place on 17 October 2022 in Frankfurt and will feature a virtual component allowing for online participation, as well as a postal technology show.
The theme of the Forum’s 2022 edition as well as the full line-up of speakers will be announced shortly.

UPU World Leaders Forum 2021 took place on 11 October in the online format. The event brought together 13 postal CEOs and leaders from the world and was held under the theme part of the leading European postal trade show "Parcel+Post Expo", the UPU held its annual
The one-day event brought together 13 postal CEOs and leaders from around the world and was held under the theme “One Ocean – Many Currents”.
In the context of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow and the worrying pace of global warming, the Forum addressed sustainable global trade through in-depth discussions and experience sharing. Forum sessions also covered the whole range of topics related to global trade, economic development, COVID-19 lessons and recovery and sustainable business, and presented a diversity of perspectives from parcel and postal sector leaders.
Forum speakers included CEOs and experts from: Singapore Post, Iceland Post, Post Fiji, Correos de Mexico, New Zealand Post, PostNord, An Post, Post of Slovenia, La Poste Group (France), Escher Group, Mastercard, and the UPU.
