Provisional quality-linked terminal dues rates in 2024
All designated operators (DOs) of UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine IB circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1039 of 4 April 2023, concerning the collection of information for the implementation of the terminal dues systems applicable in 2024, and to provide the International Bureau with all relevant information by completing the forms in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
The duly completed forms should be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 1 June 2023, by e-mail to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (email@example.com) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (firstname.lastname@example.org).

General information on the terminal dues systems applicable in 2024 as provided for in articles 28, 29, 30 and 31 of the UPU Convention and articles 31-107 and 31-108 of the Convention Regulations, as well as the conditions applicable to the quality of service link to terminal dues as detailed in articles 31-109 and 31-110 of the Convention Regulations.
Notification of the charges for a 20-gramme small (P) priority letter-post item and for a 175-gramme large (G) priority letter-post item in the domestic service in force on 1 June 2023, for the calculation of the provisional terminal dues rates for 2024.
