Provisional quality-linked terminal dues rates in 2024
All designated operators (DOs) of UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine IB circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1039 of 4 April 2023, concerning the collection of information for the implementation of the terminal dues systems applicable in 2024, and to provide the International Bureau with all relevant information by completing the forms in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
The duly completed forms should be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 1 June 2023, by e-mail to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (vytis.staskevicius@upu.int) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (virginia.espinoza@upu.int).
