28th Universal Postal Congress

The 28th Congress will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 8 to 19 September 2025, as notified in the invitation letter sent to all UPU member countries.

To participate in the next Congress, member countries are invited to consult the registration guidelines, submit their country's credentials and respond (as appropriate) to the call for proposals.
